Real Estate Inspections

We provide Real Estate Inspections for our customers and on a referral basis. These inspections must be performed by a Wood Destroying Organism ID card holder trained to inspect not only for termites but all wood destroying organisms from beetles to wood decaying fungi. The results of this type of inspection are reported on form 13645 as mandated by the State of Florida. These are visual inspections and the subsequent reports are intended to reflect the condition of the property relative to wood destroying organisms at the time of the inspection. The charge for this service will vary based on the size of the home and degree of difficulty
