NEW BRANCH OFFICE
ProStaff is excited to announce we will be opening a branch office in Longwood the first quarter of 2010. This brand new location will serve our customers in Seminole and Volusia counties. Robert Welch III, who has been on board as a sales technician, will head up this office with key members of the ProStaff team. The primary phone number for the branch is 407-320-PEST (7378) which is only three digits different than the home office number (407-292-PEST). Opening this additional office is seen as critical to the growth of our company and enables us to better serve our customer’s needs. Expect this new office to stay true to our mission statement, “Committed to providing the absolute highest quality termite, pest control and lawn
services in the industry… period.”
TERMIDOR USAGE HITS 10 YEAR MARKProStaff was one of the first five companies in the state of Florida to begin using Termidor Termiticide in April of 2000, nearly 10 years ago. Our success in protecting homes and businesses from subterranean termites with Termidor treatments has been phenomenal. Structures properly treated with full strength Termidor applications and reinspected annually have rarely had a reinfestation of subterranean termites for the 10 year residual period. Booster treatments with Termidor will become necessary as the 10th year is passed. As ProStaff’s way of thanking our customers for their loyalty, we will be providing these Termidor booster treatments at a fraction of the retail cost.
PROSTAFF SURPASSES 15 YEARS IN BUSINESS
ProStaff has come a long way from our first office with less than 500 sq. ft. on Silver Star Road, to our 5500 sq. ft. office on 1.25 acres at Edgewater Dr. and All American. Founders, Bob and Brian, sat on 5 gallon buckets of paint for the first few weeks with no heat in the middle of January 1995 until furniture could be bought. Many of our first customers, like Derry Sampey from Apopka, are still with us and remain our biggest supporters. Special thanks to Derry – words are not enough. ProStaff places the highest priority on customer retention and will always do whatever we must to keep our customers and earn their referrals.
RECESSION VS. PEST CONTROL INDUSTRY
According to Pest Control Industry tracking, homeowners and businesses continue to purchase pest control services despite recessionary times. The pest control industry is one of the top recession proof industries according to Time magazine. In spite of the recession – companies like ProStaff Termite and Pest Control in Orlando are expanding and opening a new office. Roaches, rats and termites don’t slow down during a recession and most homeowners and businesses view pest control as more of a necessity than a luxury.
