In January we had our annual inspection and we were very pleased with out tech Patrick. He was very kind and very through. All the tech's that we have had were good, but he took it to a new level. We would certainly like to have him as our tech from now on. Please give him the bonus.

Lawn is looking better

We just installed a new yard this year. When I called Prostaff we were lucky enough to get Nick as our tech. He just worked out a little bit of a hiccup caused by Brown Patch Fungus. I was a little disappointed when the lawn started turning brown. Nick jumped on the problem and kept assuring me he was going to solve the problem. Today he came out for his fifth followup and it looks like he has this stuff beat. Nick is really passionate about his work and seems to take pride in customer satisfaction. I am betting that the spring will bring me the best lawn in the neighborhood. Thanks Nick....Happy New Year.

When Shane arrived he noticed the car in my driveway I was loading up with items. Before he started the lawn treatment, he was forward-thinking enough to ask if he should move his truck if it was going to be in the way for me to leave. It was thoughtful and courteous to ask. I told him I wasn’t leaving for a while so it wasn’t a problem with the truck being where it was. He spent his time doing what he needed to do and when he was finished he wished us a good day. We appreciate the courteous and respectful treatment.

Great lawn service

Thanks Nick for putting up with my demands and still waring a smile and keeping a good attitude.

On a Saturday in September, I was notified that my condo would be checked for termites on the inside - Patrick arrived right on schedule and did a wonderful job. He answered all my questions, was very polite and friendly. I hope you will "hang on to him" and if possible give him a nice raise. The best of all was that he did not find any termites.

Yearly Termite Inspection

I just had my yearly termite inspection and wanted to let you know how happy I was with it. They called to remind me the day before and the technician was actually a few minutes early, which was great. Steve Haynes was very thorough and informative. He did an excellent job. Steve service my home today for annual inspection and treatment.He was on time and neatly dressed. He as very thorough and explained what he was going to be doing. I have been having with small moths which he explained where they come from and how to treat them. He is very knowledgeable and likeable. Also, he helped me to spread my payments out.
